Stripe collects a payment method at checkout, but the base subscription costs $0 for the first 7 days. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first base-plan charge.

When the trial ends, Stripe bills the selected monthly or yearly plan for every active seat. The subscription then renews automatically on that shared billing date until canceled.

Enter an eligible code in Stripe Checkout. Stripe checks its products, customer eligibility, expiry, redemption limits, and whether the discount applies once, for a fixed period, or indefinitely.

Sending an invitation does not change the bill. When the person accepts, they use one paid human seat. A suspended person keeps their seat until they are removed.

There is no immediate seat charge. Stripe adds the seat to the subscription quantity, and the first invoice after the trial includes the complete accepted-seat count.

Stripe immediately charges only for the time remaining in the current billing period. It does not charge a second full month or year, and every seat keeps the same renewal date.

Canceling stops the next renewal. It does not automatically refund the current period, and access continues through any period already paid unless the billing confirmation says otherwise.

You may request review of the workspace's first paid base-plan charge within 7 calendar days. Approval is not automatic, and renewals, Working Credits, taxes, and other excluded charges follow the Return Policy.

Working Credit packs and subscriptions are separate from human-seat billing. Buying credits does not add seats, and adding seats does not automatically buy extra credit packs.
